Quincy
Quincy is one of seven vineyards that comprise the Centre Loire region. Its single grape variety, Sauvignon, is also the region's emblematic grape variety. The vines are cultivated on ancient terraces of the Cher River. This sedimentary origin imparts a distinctive flavor profile to the wines, showcasing the full potential of Sauvignon.
